Individual Therapy for Adults

I offer in-person and virtual psychotherapy for adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck — often after years of having their feelings minimized or invalidated. Many of my clients come to therapy knowing something isn’t quite right, but feeling unsure how to make sense of their emotional world.

Therapy is a space where we slow things down and listen more closely to what your emotions are trying to communicate.

Couples Therapy

I offer in-person and virtual couples therapy for partners who feel caught in cycles of conflict, emotional distance, or unresolved hurt — often after repeated attempts to communicate that leave both feeling misunderstood. Many couples come to therapy caring deeply about one another, yet unsure how to repair the disconnection between them.

Couples therapy is a space where we slow down the cycle, understand the emotions beneath conflict, and begin rebuilding trust and emotional safety together.

My Approach

My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and emotionally focused. I believe that emotions make sense when they are understood in context, and that healing happens through safety, connection, and curiosity — not pressure or judgment.

Our work is paced thoughtfully and shaped around what feels most supportive for you.

What Sessions Are Like

Therapy sessions are a place to be real — not to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have everything figured out. You can expect:
  • A calm, supportive, non-judgmental space
  • Thoughtful reflection and gentle guidance
  • Collaboration rather than advice-giving
  • Respect for your pace, boundaries, and lived experience

Many clients share that therapy begins to feel like a place where they are finally understood — sometimes for the first time.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step — especially if you’ve spent years handling things on your own. I offer a free, no-pressure connection call where we can talk about what’s bringing you here and see if working together feels like a good
